Heritage Land & Minerals is a privately owned company focused on acquiring producing and non-producing mineral interests, overriding royalty interests (ORRI), and non-operated working interests across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Colorado. We believe ownership of real property in America’s premier energy-producing regions provides a strong foundation for long-term value.

Step 1

Evaluate

We identify acquisition opportunities and conduct extensive title, geological, legal, and operational review. Only properties that meet our standards move forward.

Step 2

Acquire

Once our review is complete, we finalize the acquisition and begin preparing all documentation for a smooth ownership transfer.

Step 3

Convey

Ownership is transferred by recorded deed or lease assignment, providing direct ownership of the acquired asset.

Step 4

Support

Support doesn't end at closing. We assist with operator transfers, division order questions, and other post-closing matters while continuing to monitor development activity and sharing meaningful updates as they occur.
